Keyboard and screen reader use
The Tab key moves through links, buttons and form fields in reading order, and whatever has focus carries a visible outline. Headings follow a strict outline under one h1 per page, which lets screen reader users hop from part to part by heading. Every form field has a written label that is read aloud with it, and the detour table marks its headers, so each figure is announced with its area and terminal.
Contrast on the dark background
Body text sits near white on a deep blue violet ground, a contrast ratio above 13 to 1, and links are marked by more than their color. For larger words, use your browser zoom: at 200 percent the layout folds into one column with no sideways scrolling. Reader views and high contrast settings work too, since the words are real text, not pictures.
Phone calls and lift-equipped shuttles
If the form is awkward with your setup, call (612) 721-8047 in either phone window printed on every page. Whoever picks up takes the same details, and on the callback reads the quote slowly: lot, address, daily rate, total, and where its shuttle stops at your terminal.
Each lot runs its own shuttle. If you need a bus with a lift or room for a folded wheelchair, say so in the note or on the call. The office asks the lot before reserving and tells you its answer; nothing is promised until the lot says yes.
Reporting a page that fails you
If a link will not take focus, a label is missing, or text breaks apart when zoomed, we would like to hear it. Put the word accessibility in the note on the form, or write to requests@travelsavvypros.com, naming the page, what you were trying to do, and your browser or screen reader. The form takes these reports 24/7. We reply in the next phone window.
Send the form or call
Tell us what you need in the note on the form, which you can send at any hour. You can also call (612) 721-8047 in a phone window. We check with the lot first and reply before anything is reserved.
