Phoning in one of the two windows
The phone is picked up in two windows each day, printed beside the number on this page. A call moves quicker with a few details at hand. Check the terminal on your flight details first, because a lot that suits Terminal 2 can add minutes for Terminal 1.
If you would rather talk the choice over than read the detour table, ask to speak to a specialist when you call in a window. Nothing is reserved until you say yes to the lot, rate and total read back to you, and the quote costs nothing.

Writing through the form or by email
The request form on the site's main pages takes new requests 24/7. Use its note if the car needs a charger, if someone needs a shuttle with a lift, or if a trailer comes along. We ask the lot about each of those before reserving, and nothing is promised until the lot agrees.
A request sent outside the windows gets its reply when the next window opens, by phone or text, and by email too if you left an address. To change or cancel, write that word with the name on the reservation, and we pass it to the lot in the next window.
Finding the office near Lake Street
The office is in south Minneapolis, in the Lake Street and Hiawatha Avenue area, one block from the light rail station at Lake Street. That same light rail line stops at both terminals. By road the office is about 7.3 miles from Terminal 1 and 8.9 miles from Terminal 2.

Start with the request form
Send the form with your terminal and dates, and the reply comes in the next phone window. If a window is already open, call instead and hear the lot, its daily rate and your total.
