Have these details at hand first

Your terminal is printed on your flight details and your boarding pass; if you are unsure, check before you send, since we reserve only once the terminal is certain. Give times along with dates, because each lot counts a day in its own way and the hour can move the total.

Put needs like charging in the note field. We ask the lot before anything is reserved, and nothing there counts as promised until the lot says yes. Longer or taller vehicles have room at Highland Park and Eagan, each on its own terms.
